We order from Wheat Montana about every 4 months (give or take a few months). We basically do this on a demand basis. Here are the facts (FAQ's) on that:

- We need a Minimum of 5,000 lbs and increments of 2,500 lbs after that (ie 7,500lbs, 10,000, 12,500) This allows for full pallets, making the most of the pallet shipping fee.
- We get a lot of requests for Buckets of wheat. We don't like to do this because it fills the pallet quicker, making it cost more to ship them. We can only fit 36 - 45lb  buckets on a pallet as opposed to 50 bags of 50lbs. Sometimes we can get empty buckets locally for a cheaper rate, but that is only sometimes.
- We also don't know when exactly orders will Arrive. We have to get the orders together, submit them, and then Wheat Montana has to fill the truck, and finally the truckers let us know (sometimes as late as the night before) they are coming. This is somewhat inconvenient, but most definitely workable.
- We also have to Unload the truck. This is why we try to enlist people to come help and take their orders. When people pick up orders the day of, it helps us not have to move it into the house.
